Sandra Hardeman’s 20 years as a human resources professional is a study in the complexity and the diversity of the discipline.
There isn’t a sector that Sandra hasn’t brought her expertise to. From HR Manager to Partner to Director, Sandra has led the focus on talent at global corporations, professional services firms, public school districts, and state governments.
In addition to her work in the practice of human resources, Sandra also represents the teaching of discipline as an Adjunct Instructor of Human Resources at Northern Virginia Community College.
Today, Sandra is Chief People and Talent Officer for the Prince William County Service Authority, supplier of clean water to a large and ever-growing metropolitan population outside of Washington, DC. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Management as well as the SPHR and SHRM-CP human resources professional designations.
