Before joining POLIHIRE, Chuck successfully led executive recruitment efforts with a focus on public safety, municipal management, and community-centered leadership. His ability to evaluate talent is informed by more than three decades of public service, including roles as Police Chief in both Killeen, TX and Spring Lake, NC and Associate Vice Chancellor for Police and Public Safety at Fayetteville State University. His deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics and the importance of community trust gives him an unmatched perspective when recruiting transformational leaders.

A proud military veteran, Chuck continues to serve his community beyond his professional work. He is currently the Board Chair of the Boys and Girls Club of Central Texas, where he helps guide youth development initiatives that build future leaders.
