With over two decades in the intelligence community and technology sector, Cindy excels in both design and engineering disciplines. Her passion lies in crafting exceptional user experiences, backed by certifications in User Experience (UXC & CUA) and Design Sprint Facilitation. As a certified ScrumMaster, she combines leadership prowess with a deep understanding of mission-driven work. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Akron, complemented by an MBA from Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business.
