Nana has more than 20 years of experience in people and project management. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified Project Management Professional. Nana has over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry where she partnered with clients in state and federal government, commercial, and higher education. 

Nana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from James Madison University and a Master of Social Work degree from the Catholic University of America. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the Project Management Institute, and the National Association of Social Workers.
