The last few years have marked a new era for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority. Since 2020, innovating in the area of stormwater management has been a central institutional mandate. Rachael Beam brings a dozen years of experience in in-house engineering as well as external consulting to the role of Chief Engineer at Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority. Rachael has just concluded seven years at Pennsylvania American Water, where she held multiple positions, including serving as the organization’s Engineering Manager.
