Chief Charles “Chuck” Kimble and Dr. Kenyatta Shamburger bring public safety and
higher education expertise, respectively, to DC executive search firm.
Washington—Continuing its commitment to strategic growth, PoliHire onboards two new Senior Directors and Advisors with deep expertise in their respective fields.
Dr. Kenyatta Shamburger is a distinguished administrator with a rich history of contributing to higher education. He most recently served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Talladega College. Dr. Shamburger’s career in higher education administration also includes the role of Chief of Staff at Philander Smith University in Little Rock, AR as well as Student Affairs positions at Iowa State University, Clemson University, and Morehouse College.
Chief Charles “Chuck” Kimble is a seasoned public sector executive with over three decades of experience in law enforcement. Since serving as Chief of the Police Departments of both Killeen, TX and Spring Lake, NC and as Associate Vice Chancellor for Police and Public Safety at Fayetteville State University, Chief Kimble has worked as a subject matter expert in the area of public safety and as an executive search consultant.
