Calvin Farr
General Manager
Prince William County Service Authority

As General Manager of the Prince William County Service Authority, Calvin Farr leads the largest combined water and wastewater utility in Virginia, and more than two decades of training and experience in both project-based engineering and engineering administration have brought him here.

An undergraduate degree in civil engineering followed by one master’s degree in public management and another in environmental engineering make up Farr’s formal education. Building upon his work as a project engineer and project manager, Farr went on to serve as a Group Leader for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Watershed Management in Atlanta, and most recently Director of the Department of Public Utilities for the City of Richmond.
