Rockville Housing Enterprises (RHE) partnered with PoliHire in their search for an executive director. RHE is an independent body created by the Mayor and Council of the City of Rockville, Maryland to investigate the need for building and administering public housing in the city.
The nationwide search resulted in the recruitment of Jessica Anderson to the role. Jessica’s work in the housing space is deep. In addition to founding a housing consulting practice, she was the Manager of the Affordable Housing Program for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas in Texas and the Director of Development for the North Charleston Housing Authority in South Carolina.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana and holds the Housing Development Professional Certification from the National Development Council.
