PoliHire partnered with the Prince George’s County Executive’s Office and the Maryland State Department of Education to conduct a national search for the next Superintendent of Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS). As part of this effort, PoliHire designed a survey to better understand community priorities, perceptions of the school system, and expectations for future leadership. 4,269 PGCPS families, students, teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders responded to the survey.
The insights gained from the analysis of the survey shaped the development of the leadership profile and are guiding every element of PoliHire’s search efforts, from targeted recruitment to candidate assessment to the selection of the finalists to be presented.
